First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Strategic Data Systems.
Customer Service Representative
Pretty much no interview, just a call to see if I was into the job. They didn't share much beyond that. I actually got bad info when we talked but took the job anyway cause the pay was okay then.
- When would you like to start?
Curriculum Designer
The interview process involved a three-person panel, consisting of one HR representative and two members from the training team. They were all fair and approachable. While the questions themselves weren't challenging, the main drawback was the extended waiting period between the interview and the final hiring decision.
- How do you approach task prioritization?
Customer Service Representative
They used the STAR method, so I had to answer all questions using that format. For example, they asked how I handle irate customers, and to describe a time I felt overwhelmed and what I did.
- Can you tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer? What steps did you take, and what was the outcome?
