The interview process was quite straightforward and pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Both interviews were conducted within the same week. The first one was with the office administrator, and the second one was with a manager.

It was a multi-stage interview process with people from different levels, going from direct reports all the way up to the CEO. The whole thing took about six weeks from start to finish, including the time between interviews which could be up to a week. They also use some recruiting agencies. A big part of the process was to see if I understood their business models, which are pretty complex.

It began with a nice email from an Assistant Project Manager to set up a phone chat with a Team Lead. They wanted to discuss the job basics with someone who does the same thing. This Team Lead was awesome and super friendly, we had a chill chat about the job, and it helped me figure out if I was really into it and I got all my work questions answered. After talking to the Team Lead, the Lead Project Manager sent me a contract and said to call if I had more questions. Then, they scheduled me for some in-person on-site training with a VHR before I would start working in about a week.

I had my first interview with a recruiter and a manager. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager. The process seemed to be moving fast until it slowed to a halt. After the second interview, they ghosted me and ignored all my follow-up messages. Some people who used to work there told me I was lucky to not get the job, and it seems like they were right.
