First, I talked to a recruiter who told me about the company. Then they asked about my experience and any projects I've worked on. Salary was brought up and they offered significantly less than market rate. Finally, I got to ask them questions.

Technical Group Presentation

It was a pretty involved process. The SBS team had me do 5 interviews in total. Some were just me and an interviewer, others were group sessions. They really dug into my background and checked my references. Each interview got harder, with scenario demos, strategy planning, and a practicum to show what I could do.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a phone interview with a manager who mostly discussed basic logistics. After that, there was a technical interview with someone who seemed more focused on highlighting his own expertise. Even though I had practical technical knowledge, he repeatedly asked theoretical engineering questions. To each of these, I responded by saying I didn't know the specific answer and asked him for it. The interviewer then proceeded to elaborate on how he discovered the answer and how others lacked his knowledge. It was a very unusual interview. My advice is to keep the questions brief and to validate the interviewer's ego.
