First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Strategic Asset Services.
Inspector
First I filled out a really long online application. Then I had a phone call and then another follow up phone call. After waiting several weeks, I got an email asking me to follow up with another phone call. Then I had one more phone interview and after that, computer training.
- Do you prefer a flexible work schedule?
- Are you currently employed elsewhere?
- Can you describe your proficiency with computers?
Inspector
I applied in January and had my first phone interview pretty soon after. The next interview, with Sr. Management, wasn't until mid-March, but they did let me know how long the whole process would take. I got the offer at the beginning of May.
- Tell me about your experience performing visual property inspections.
- Are you open to traveling outside of your usual area?
Field Researcher
My first interview was over the phone and it went really well! It felt like we were totally on the same page about what we both wanted. Then, I was set up for a final interview with an executive, but they never showed up for the call.
- When managing many assignments across different properties, what's your strategy for ensuring accurate and punctual report submissions?
Sales Representative
I had two phone interviews for the commercial Property Inspector role. It was a pretty standard process. First, I spoke with the Regional Manager, and then I had a follow-up with both the Regional Manager and the VP.
- Can you describe your previous experience and how you handle your time effectively?
