The interview process was thorough and efficient. Communication was very transparent. The interview questions were standard. The interview felt more conversational than like your typical interview. I would recommend interviewing at Stratasan.

Coding Behavioral

Had a code test that was pretty straight forward, very simple and efficient. They gave feedback on how to improve, which was really nice. Also spoke to someone, which was great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole thing was super positive and moved really fast. I applied online and got an email to set up the first interview within an hour. It was a 30-minute Google Meet with one person the next week. I sent over my portfolio and some questions afterward, and she gave great answers quickly. Two days later, she set up the second round for the following week. The second and third interviews were also Google Meets, each about 45 minutes long, with the marketing team. They felt more like chats than actual interviews. The entire process wrapped up in about two weeks, and everyone was really open about things. You could just tell the company's got a lot of awesome, smart people based on my talks with them. Overall, a really good experience, which was pretty nice.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

The process was nice, first there was an interview with the manager, then an assessment test on woven, which is a good platform and gives feedback. After that, there was an interview with the team about system design, specifically data modelling and warehousing design. I was given wrong information about this and prepared for normal software system design. I got an interview with the CTO, which was the worst. They are friendly and passionate but couldn't convey it well. I was asked about sponsorship. I thought I got through but was rejected after a week of ghosting. The reject email was generic for everyone, which was bad since I made it to the last round. Overall, it was a moderate experience, not recommended for recent grads as I wasted a month and didn't know what went wrong.
