First, I went to the office to complete an application. It had standard questions, but also a section where you had to match book titles with authors. I also sent in my resume. About a week later, the hiring manager called me back for an interview. We interviewed in an open area of the office. Mostly, we chatted about books we enjoyed and didn't enjoy. He also asked some typical questions about my past office work. They offered me the job at the end of the interview and wanted me to start the next week.
