It was a 2-step process, and both steps were really engaging. It felt very human, not at all like AI or automated, and they were great listeners. The questions focused on the role, my background, and understanding me as a person to see how I'd interact with customers and handle different situations. It wasn't super fast, but they explained the reasons for the timeline to manage my expectations.

They told me I was qualified and that they'd be in touch the next week for sure, but then they just ghosted me. I tried following up with the recruiter, but no luck getting a response.
