Customer Service Representative
The interview process was a bit long but the managers were very nice. They administer tests. The leadership team seemed very cohesive and liked eachother. They are trying to make their culture better and the cs dept has long tenure.
- A math test and ruler test were administered.
Graphic Artist
The interview was longer than I thought, like 3 hours. They asked HR questions but also some graphic design type tests. First, a spelling test where you had to find misspelled words. Then, a measurement test, like converting fractions of an inch to decimals. After that, I had to go to a computer and show I know Adobe Illustrator. Someone watched me and gave me tasks to do in a document. I also talked to some supervisors and someone from senior management.
- Can you show me how to use the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator?
Account Manager
We discussed the day-to-day duties and what's expected. Since it was entry-level, they didn't really focus on past experience. There's a basic math test you need to pass before starting.
- Do you have any questions for us?
Account Manager
I talked to three people. There was also a basic word, measurement, and math test that was part of the interview or application, I'm not totally sure when.
