So basically, for every interview I've had, whether it was with HR or an engineer, they always wanted me to chat about a past project. You should totally pick out your fave project that fits the job and break down the problem. Talk about what you found out first, any mistakes or stuff that didn't go so well, what you got out of it, and if you led any part of it.

I met with four partners one-on-one. It was pretty laid back and friendly. We mainly chatted about the specifics of the job, what the firm is like, and if I'd be okay with remote work.

The process was very unprofessional. After the initial interview, I was asked to complete a psychological screening. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received any response from the company, not even a rejection email. It was a major red flag, so I'm actually glad it didn't go any further.
