First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at StoryBuilt.
Development Associate
I had a phone interview for the role, but then I waited about a month and didn't hear anything back, which was pretty disappointing. They didn't give me a reason why, which was frustrating. I'm not even sure if they hired someone in the end.
- Can you tell me about your experience in construction?
Treasury Accountant
Got contacted by someone in accounting. Had a video interview. Didn't hear back for a month. It was a neutral experience, weird thing is I am used to being contacted by HR, but an accountant contacted me instead.
- What makes you want to work at StoryBuilt?
Project Manager
The interview process involved 2 phone screens and 2 in-person interviews. Each interview had multiple participants. The process began with an introduction from either HR or the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the person who would be my direct supervisor. Overall, it was a very direct and efficient hiring process that concluded quickly.
- What would be your approach to performing the duties of this role?
Analyst
The interview process involved multiple interviews and a modeling test. The final stage was an interview with the head of the group after the modeling test. The group members were really keen on finding the right person for the role.
- How comfortable are you building complex models?
