They set up a screening call but then ghosted me and didn't say anything about the job. It was pretty lame how they didn't communicate, especially since I spent time getting ready for it.

Behavioral Other

First, I had to do a cognitive test and a personality test. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. They told me I'd be a better fit for a different role and asked if I wanted to go for that one instead, but I wasn't interested.

Behavioral Other

I was interviewed by two people on the management team who oversee the account management role, but both had very different approaches and very different information to offer on the position. It left me feeling confused about what the position really required. After 2 one-on-one interviews, I had to take a personality and IQ test. This portion was very short, but very unexpected after the long interview process that had just taken place.

The process is quite lengthy and takes a while. The goal is to find the absolute best person for the job. You'll need to come back several times throughout the process. You will come in, take a test (IQ), meet the manager, meet another manager, and maybe even meet the President/CEO of Storr.
