Storck has a really thorough interview process, and I actually liked it. They clearly have high expectations for candidates. After 5 rounds with 8 interviewers, and after chasing the recruiter for weeks, I got an impersonal automated rejection. I'd reconsider spending my time on their process since they don't seem to have the same high expectations for themselves. A company like Mars would at least call you after you get that far. There are many great companies in Chicago that would treat you better, so I'd suggest looking at them instead of Storck.

Behavioral Technical

The initial part of the process was standard, like what you'd expect before the first phone screen. After that, the timing got really messy. My next screening was rescheduled three times on the day of the interview. It felt like they didn't respect my time, even though I made sure to set aside time for these calls. The whole process started back in January, and the next interview didn't happen until the end of March. Honestly, instead of all the constant back and forth, it would have been way easier if they had just set a realistic timeline from the start.

First, there's a brief intro about the day's schedule and a short presentation about Storck as a company and employer. Then, all applicants are moved to another building and split into groups. First round: like speed dating. Three interviewers (HR, Marketing, Sales) for 20 minutes each, asking both technical and personal questions. Second round (on a different date if you pass the first): a presentation on a given topic.
