The interview process involved 3 interviews in total: one phone interview and then two in-person interviews with different people. Things moved pretty fast after the phone interview. However, I had to wait over 4 weeks for them to reach out before the phone interview. The background check also took a bit of time.

I applied online and shortly after, the recruiter called. We scheduled a call for a day or two later, and she called at the appointed time. We had a good conversation; it seemed like a good fit because the company values customer relationships and employee support, which is what I'm looking for. The recruiter seemed supportive and mentioned the district manager would call. He called a few hours after my initial call, but I missed it because I was at work. I called him back the next day. He was driving and said he'd call back, which he did a few hours later. I apologized for missing his call, explained I was at work, and requested time off to be available during their operating hours, suggesting Tuesday or Wednesday. He said he'd call back but was brief and made me feel like a burden. Several days passed with no call, which was disappointing and confusing given the positive initial phone interview.

I applied online and then got called by the Regional Manager. They passed on their thoughts to HQ. Then HR called to see if I was a good fit and what my experience was for the pay. If I moved on, I had to fill out background check and drug testing forms and email them to HR. Once those results were back, I toured the facilities for a day and met employees. Then I was placed with a training manager at a store for the sales manager certification program.
