I applied through Handshake and then the Office of Advancement reached out to me. They set up an interview for about 3 weeks later. It was one interview, lasting around 30-40 minutes, and felt more like a conversation with 3 people.

So I got a call about 3 weeks after I submitted my application, and they said I was invited for a video interview. We talked about my qualifications and project ideas, and mostly they wanted to see if I was a good fit for the mission, vision, and the program itself. The next day, they called again and invited me for a second in-person interview, which was two weeks later. A little over a week after that second interview, I got a rejection email. Overall, it was a pretty nice and easy process.
