First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stoney Clover LN.
Senior Graphic Designer
I had an initial HR call, then they sent me a take-home assignment. It was a 10-piece sample project that required original concepts and illustrations. They also asked some questions during the process. I didn't proceed to a second interview.
- How would you handle a team that is currently poorly organized?
Key Leader
It was a pretty relaxed interview with the store manager, covering really basic retail stuff. They were mostly checking if I'd fit in with the company and at that specific location.
- Can you share some of your past experiences?
Customer Service Representative
I had a Zoom interview that went well. The interviewer asked basic questions, but the job details she mentioned didn't match the actual responsibilities. When I tried to follow up afterward, she didn't respond, which was disappointing.
- Can you describe the most challenging customer interaction you've encountered?
Social Media Manager
The interview process was really great! Morgan was super organized and kept me updated throughout. It was a pleasure meeting Kendall, one of the co-founders; she was very warm and welcoming, unlike many designers I've met. I also spoke with the Senior Digital Director, and we had a great discussion about strategy and successful platforms. I presented a digital presentation and showed some content creation examples to demonstrate my skills. Although I accepted another role, I hope SCL finds great success.
