I got referred by a recruiter, and then it took some weeks to get the interview set up. When it finally happened, they made me wait around for 30 minutes before starting. It felt like they were not very organized. They also kept talking about the "work hard, play hard" vibe and mentioned that the staff is pretty young. It seemed to me like since the staff is young, they get pushed really hard because they don't know any better. A company gym membership isn't enough to make up for long hours, but good salaries and rewards would be. The salary they offered wasn't what I was aiming for. I didn't think I'd like the "work is life" atmosphere, but I do admire seeing a younger company try to do things differently. The interview wasn't hard, but it was definitely unorganized.

Had 3 interviews. First was a zoom with HR and a company owner. Second was a zoom with a team lead. The final interview was a zoom with a technical lead. All the interviews were pretty chill. The first two interviews asked general questions, and the last one was a technical review.
