I applied through Indeed. The first round felt like a quick preliminary chat where we briefly went over the job, pay, and schedule. They asked me why I applied, and I mentioned that Indeed shared my info because I'm seeking a retail sales position.

I applied and 24 hours later got a text saying they were interested and wanted to do a phone interview the next day. A manager called and we started talking about my background, what they do, and their company's origin. The call dropped 15 minutes into the conversation while they were talking, so I tried calling back and leaving a message three times. I also tried reaching out again through the text message thread. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing back. It's one thing to not get a rejection notice, but another to schedule an interview, cut out halfway through, and then ghost me. Super unprofessional and honestly, pretty upsetting. I wouldn't work there even if they reached out again.

I went to the office, signed in and filled out another application. First up was CEO Zach. I waited about 20 mins for him. It was chill, just one question from him, and the rest was about my availability. Then, the account manager went over the job duties and pay. She offered me the job on the spot! I accepted, and she said I'd start Monday and get a confirmation email. I mentioned a Monday interview, and guess what? CRICKETS. So yeah, don't waste your time here. It's basically working at Costco all day, every day (including weekends), for hourly pay. Seriously, not worth it.

The interview process moved very quickly. As soon as I submitted my resume, I was contacted for an interview. I had an interview with the CEO. Before meeting the CEO, the front desk staff had me fill out an employment application, which I felt was a waste of time. The office environment felt unprofessional due to the unwelcoming demeanor of the front desk staff. I had to wait 20 minutes, during which I observed three other candidates interviewing. This made me realize that everyone gets an interview, not just those with outstanding resumes. When I met the CEO, I had to reiterate all the information from my resume, as it was his first time reviewing it. The interview was brief and rushed because he had to conduct three interviews within a 30-minute timeframe. The company's primary focus is sales and marketing, with less emphasis on advertising.
