I was contacted by someone from Stone Resource about a job opening that seemed like a good fit for my skills. She was really nice and helpful all through the interviews, which wrapped up in just over a week. I got a good sense of both the company and the role. Even though I ended up turning down their offer this time, I wouldn't mind working with them down the line. If another chance comes up, I'd totally use Stone Resource again.

Behavioral Presentation

You chat with the Director of Operations on the phone first, then you come in for an in-person meeting. During the in-person, you'll meet with either the President, Branch Manager, CEO, or VP of Sales (whoever applied for the role). You'll go through some basic interview questions, like the 'tell me about yourself' chat... then you'll meet some folks you might be working with and then wait to hear back!

It was several hours long, with either a few 1-hour interviews or one longer 2-3 hour interview. I met with all the Senior leadership team. They really want to make sure everyone is a good culture fit, as they're a very young, driven, and hyper group of people.

Had a bunch of phone calls with the recruiter and account manager. They checked with my references and were about to set up a client interview, but then the job wasn't available anymore. Total waste of time for me and my references. No technical questions were asked because the recruiters didn't know what's relevant or how to answer them.
