So I had 3 rounds of interviews for this role, and they were all really great, the interviewers were super friendly and asked some awesome questions. There was also a writing test involved. My main issue is that after all that, the company just went silent for almost four months. I felt totally ghosted and never got any updates. It would have been nice to at least get a call to know my application was still being considered. It feels like you need to know someone to get in there, like an insider.

I applied online for the SkyRide job and got a call for a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview went well, and about a week later I was told the position I applied for was filled, but they wanted to schedule interviews for a different role. I called back right away to say I was still interested and set up the interview for the next day. I went in for it, and it was pretty straightforward and fast. They said I'd get an email from HR the following week if I was offered a position.

First I had to fill out an application online then I received an email a few days later prompting me to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the interview a few days later. The recruiter called on time! It was more like a conversation very comfortable. She then told me she was gonna schedule me for a face to face interview in which she did at that time. When I went to the face to face interview they asked a few questions and told me they would be in touch. I waited about 2 weeks before I got an answer.

Had a phone call that started right on time. They asked pretty standard questions like 'what traits others would describe you as?' and 'what previous experience do you have that matches our job responsibilities.' The initial questions were straightforward. My advice? Go in person to better read body language and to help with nerves; it's easier face-to-face!
