Cafe Coach
The interview process is really fair and straightforward. They ask good questions and want to place you with a good team. The first interview is a group interview held at the main factory. Then, you'll have a second interview at the actual cafe where you might work. Typically, they'll let you know if you got the job within 24-48 hours after that second interview.

The interview was in person and only took about 15 to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by the manager and HR rep at the same time. They would alternate asking different questions.

There was a large group interview with about ten candidates and two interviewers. Everyone seemed to have a good attitude. The interviewers were taking notes on their laptops and seemed to be looking for specific qualities. The questions were mostly pretty easygoing.
