The interview process was a bit long but not hard. They asked some questions about Excel and situations you might have dealt with before. They want to see how well you get the job and if you can handle doing multiple things at once.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter. They knew I was willing to relocate and skipped the phone screen, asking me to come in for an in-person interview right away. It was a 3-hour interview session with no breaks. At the end, they told me they weren't sure when they'd be hiring for this role. I followed up about a month later, and they still didn't have any updates because they were unsure about future projects. It was a bit of a letdown, and I wish I'd insisted on a phone interview first. The company itself seems to have good people who moved from bigger cities for a quieter life. No major red flags besides the hiring uncertainty, and I'd consider them again in the future because business can be unpredictable.

I submitted my resume via the college career portal and then followed up with HR by email about two weeks later. The interview was the same week, just two days after my follow-up. It was a straightforward group interview with HR and two managers. They mostly asked about my Excel proficiency, GPA, courses I'd taken, and past experiences. Nothing too unusual about the interview itself, and the location in the Old Port was amazing. Unfortunately, I never heard back after asking about the next steps.

The whole process was very smooth and they communicated clearly the whole time.
