Real Estate Analyst
There was a phone screening, then an in-person interview, and also an excel/Argus modeling test. The test was pretty involved, but the team understands it's just a way to see what you know.
- Would you purchase this property or portfolio and why, defending your proposed purchase price?
Property Accountant
The hiring process was very quick; I received an offer the following day. It seems they are in urgent need of staff, and the fact that new hires receive training means that a lack of experience isn't a major issue. I interviewed with the CFO, who clearly explained the company's business and his expectations.

Accountant
The interview was pretty straightforward. They gave me the rundown on the job and showed me around the office. I met a few of the team members while I was there. They also asked me about my current role and how it would translate to this new position. I went over everything I do in my current job.
- Could you describe your responsibilities in your current role?
