It was a formal interview, but in a good way. It felt relaxed and direct. The interviewer explained what they expect from employees very clearly and also tried to gauge if I was capable of meeting those expectations. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

One interview with an HR person. They asked basic questions about saleswork and tested my language skills. I think employee referral might have helped. It was a 1-on-1 structured interview. It would make sense to get familiar with Stockmann's sales proposal, the department I'm applying in, the selection they offer, and to have a vision of what kind of salesperson I am.
