Very relaxed interviews, people were approachable and helpful. General technical questions that weren't too difficult. The company seems very open with a young and dynamic environment, and I was told there's a possibility for international exchanges in the future.

This was a really long interview process, first time in my career! The first interview was over an hour with the local Quality Manager and then the regional quality head. The second interview was almost a whole day with 3-4 managers and then the regional head again. They even asked for my salary slips from my past two employers and my CPF proof to check my basic pay. After that, there was a background check with references. My friends joked if I was applying for a director role! I was so frustrated when I asked about the outcome and got a rude reply. Even before the first interview, HR started negotiating my basic pay to be lower than what I currently earn. It felt like a waste of my time.
