First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at STMicroelectronics.
Senior Verification Engineer
The interview process was okay, it took quite some time and had delayed responses, leading to a lot of waiting. I'd suggest asking about the expected timeline upfront to see if it's worth your time.
- Do you have prior experience with UVM?
Test Engineer
I want to express my enthusiasm following the interview I recently had at STMicroelectronics. The exchange with the recruitment team was extremely constructive and professional, strengthening my interest in the company and the opportunities it offers. Several aspects particularly caught my attention: the warm welcome and active listening from the interviewers, who created a climate of trust while exploring my motivations and skills. The clarity of the missions presented, aligned with my professional aspirations and expertise. The innovation culture and technological vision of STMicroelectronics, confirming its leadership in the semiconductor sector. This experience solidified my desire to join the company, convinced that my skills could contribute positively to your projects. I am eager for feedback and, I hope, to be able to join STMicroelectronics to participate in its dynamism and technological excellence. A big thank you to the team for this enriching moment!
- What are your feelings about ST and how did you come to know about the company?
Verification Engineer
It was 2 rounds and they put all the interviews in the same room together. They didn't wait for me to finish answering one before asking the next. They were really grilling me and didn't seem that interested in checking my skills.
- Could you write scoreboard code for a pseudo problem that was dictated and kept changing on the fly?
