Had a regular recruiter call first, then a technical interview which was longer. Lastly, an HR interview where I wasn't given an offer. They do ask questions about your student status since it's for an internship.

First interview was a mix of introductory and technical questions. Some questions were about how to find a fault in a basic combinational circuit or the design of clock synchronizers. The second interview was purely technical, focusing on digital electronics and low power design, such as how a micro's power consumption relates to frequency, voltage, and switching activity. The third and final interview was with HR.
