Interview process started off well, but then turned into a mess. I was contacted by a recruiter via text and email and we scheduled a virtual interview for a few days out. The recruiter was sweet and we had a great interview and conversation. I was set up on a 2nd interview that was bad from the start. The woman seemed uninterested from the first minute. The 2nd interview lasted maybe 20 minutes. I didn't get a final interview while a former coworker of mine did even though she has a total of 3 months work experience. I can't prove it, but strongly feel there was bias involved due to my appearance compared to my former coworker.

The interview was quick and easy, asking tough questions about my work ethic, who I am as a person, and how I would contribute to the team. They also asked me situational questions based on my past experiences.

The whole process was about a month long, and there were three interview rounds. On the plus side, all interviewers were really friendly and put me at ease. However, the communication was pretty bad. I had to reach out myself to find out if I was moving on to the next stage. After my final interview, I was told I'd hear back within a week, but then they just ghosted me. I never even got a rejection email.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and fast, with just a phone screening and then a virtual interview. I kinda wish I could've met my potential boss and some other team members before getting an offer though. The real drama started after the offer. They lowballed me by $5k below the range mentioned in the job post, which was a big warning sign. I had to push to get them to meet the minimum salary from the job description. Then, the offer letter itself was really vague. No details about the 401k match, no info on travel per diem or reimbursement for a job that was 70% travel, and the craziest part was offering only ONE week of vacation. A role that required so much travel, and they only offered a week off! When I asked for a small increase to two weeks of vacation and some relocation help, they just pulled the offer. The whole thing was a mess and showed that Stiiizy just wants to lowball people and offer the bare minimum in perks and benefits. Seriously, avoid them unless you're in a really tough spot.
