It was a quick and easy video call where I discussed my previous camp work experience. They mainly wanted to check my resume. I got this position because it opened up last minute, so the interview was probably easier.

The interview process involved a screening interview, followed by a virtual call. After that, there were 'take home' assignments that took about 1.5 hours of work. The final stage was a panel interview. I want to highlight that this company does not lay out their interview practices ahead of time so you don't know what you are getting into until you have committed time and effort. I encourage anyone applying to reject the idea of "take home assignments" from employers including this one. It is free labor. I withdrew my application upon learning about this step.

It was a super tough interview process. Started with a pre-screening, then a one-on-one with a scenario, followed by some email scenarios, and then a panel interview, plus more. It was really detailed, but manageable. I felt like they were really trying to get to know me as a person, not just what my resume says.
