First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sterling.
Associate
The whole thing takes just one day. For voice roles, there are 3 rounds, and for non-voice roles, it's 2 to 3 rounds. It's a pretty straightforward process. You can get your results the same day after finishing the 3 interviews. Sometimes it's 2 HR rounds and then an operations round, or some other mix.
- Is stability important?
- Did you take an aptitude test?
- Did you take a typing test?
Associate Director
I was contacted by a recruiting firm and then was interviewed by Sterling. After my interview, I heard nothing. I was disappointed that I did not receive any feedback, good or bad.
- How do you manage a remote team?
Senior Associate
the interview process has 4 rounds, each lasting about an hour. They really test your patience. The HR department is the worst, with terrible time management. The HR lady took personal calls during my interview, which was so unprofessional. The other rounds include ops, an aptitude test (which was easy), and a typing test.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is a background check?
- Are you okay with working in rotational shifts?
