Technical Behavioral

It was an okay experience, not bad. The interviewer was polite and humble and knew how to ask questions. They asked me both technical and HR questions, which I think I answered properly. I did have to wait for about 30 minutes.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied and a few weeks later got a call from a recruiter. They gave me a lot of info about the job, pay, and what to expect, like zoom presentations. I waited a week for an update, then followed up. They said they filled it internally. Then, weirdly, I got another email saying the job was open again and had a zoom with the hiring manager. This guy was a total downer - arrogant and uninspiring. His rude goodbye was the worst, so I called him out on it. I can't believe he thought I wouldn't notice!

Had two phone screenings, then met with the hiring manager. After that, I talked to another manager from a different department. Then there was a panel interview with the hiring manager, that other manager, and someone from People & Culture. The last step was meeting with the general manager for the whole division, and then I got a call with the offer.
