It was all online, live on Teams. We started with an aptitude test, that was early on. Then, most of the interviews were with different people. I met with the hiring manager three times and HR two times.

So I went in for interviews at their offices in Boulder and met with three people. I talked to someone who is currently in the Innovation Design department, the hiring manager from HR, and then an executive. They offered me the job, but then a week later they decided they didn't need the role anymore and took back the offer.

I had been following SRG on social media for a while because I really wanted to work there. When they posted the Assistant Account Manager job on Facebook, I thought I'd be a great fit and sent my resume and cover letter to the email in the post. A few days later, I followed up and they asked me to fill out their online application, which was a bit weird since I'd already sent them everything they asked for initially. It took a couple of weeks for them to call me for a phone interview. The phone interview didn't go too well, and after a few follow-ups, I decided to move on to other opportunities. It took about two weeks for them to reach out about an in-person interview. I first met with someone from HR, and then I met with three really nice people from the account team on a Thursday. I got the formal job offer the following Monday. I know they get a lot of applications, but it would have been nice if the first part of the process had moved a little faster, just for my own peace of mind. That said, they clearly take hiring seriously, so I feel fortunate to be the one they ended up choosing.

I got contacted by HR after applying online, and they set up an in-person interview. I ended up meeting with four people from the media team, and the whole thing took about 2.5 hours. The interviewers were pretty nice and seemed focused on figuring out if I'd be a good fit. They asked some thoughtful questions to gauge my interest in the department and my ability to juggle tasks and handle pressure.
