The interview process was really professional and they asked good questions. I felt good about my answers and that I could give examples of situations for the questions asked.

This was a really thorough interview process. I got to meet a lot of the team, which was great. It gave me a good feel for what it's like to work here. The questions weren't too hard, but they did involve some scenarios, and it was tricky not knowing exactly what they were looking for.

I was a scholar at the Steppingstone Foundation and applied for a teaching assistant role a few years after graduating. I had a brief in-person interview with mostly behavioral questions. Everyone there is really nice and committed to helping students learn. It's a great place to work!

First you will have an interview via zoom, then they want you to come in person. You should plan to travel there. They are nice. Not all the questions are hard.
