Studio Assistant
The interview process was smooth, quick and enjoyable. My interviewer posed insightful questions that covered both soft and hard skills, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of my fit for the role. Her interview style was friendly and approachable, and she maintained clear, open communication throughout the entire process, which greatly enhanced the experience for me. The team I interviewed with next was equally welcoming and approachable, further reinforcing my confidence in the company culture.

Gift Wrapping Assistant
The interview process for the Gifting Assistant role was smooth and insightful. Katie, the Talent Partner, was really welcoming and clear about what they were looking for. She explained Stella McCartney's brand values, work environment, and my role. She asked questions about my experience, practical skills, and alignment with the brand’s values, showing genuine interest in my personality. This was followed by a phone call to discuss the role more before confirming my place. Katie was fantastic and made me feel valued!

Digital Merchandising Assistant
The interview process was great and went smoothly. I was contacted and we quickly set up a call. They were very open to answering my questions. Our first call made me even more excited about working for Stella McCartney because the person I spoke with was really nice and professional. Then, I met with the manager. A few days later, I had an interview with a different manager, which wasn't originally planned, but they kept me updated on why I needed to meet them. This second interview also went well, and the questions were different this time. Overall, the whole process, including one call and two interviews, gave me a chance to show my personality, my skills, and explain why I want to work at Stella McCartney. I felt like if I got hired, it would be not just for my skills but also because my personality would fit with the team and I'd get along with everyone. Meeting three different people made me feel like I was already part of the team and contributing to their efforts. I'd definitely recommend applying to Stella McCartney.

SEO Manager
The first interview was with talent acquisition. It was a bit strange because they mentioned they hadn't hired the digital team or the head of digital yet, who I would report to. They kept saying the role was very independent, no SEO team to hire later, and no agency support allowed. But then they wanted me to take over from an agency and optimize for many markets and different search engines, so expectations seemed really high. They were firm about needing 3 days a week in the London office. I was considering withdrawing my application because they wanted APAC market experience, which wasn't on the job description. I never heard back after that, even though they were responsive at first.
