It was a two-part interview process. The first round was a zoom call with someone from Steinger, who was actually friendly. They asked standard questions like why you want to work there, how many cases you've handled, and if you have litigation experience. The second interview was with the head of the branch, which also seemed pretty standard.

The interview itself was great, amazing energy and smooth overall process. I was told I would get an answer by the end of that week. I waited until the middle of the following week to follow up and received no response even though I left a voicemail and sent an email. I later had to contact a recruiter from a different office to find out that the position had been filled. Terrible communication.

The interview process was super smooth and had lots of in-depth questions, but the attorney who was supposed to interview me had their assistant do it last minute without telling me.

I first spoke with a recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager and the attorney for the paralegal role. They gave me an offer right after the interview, and onboarding was really smooth and fast.
