The interview process was fast and thorough, and they made me feel at ease right away. It started with a brief introductory call. They then wanted me to come back for a second round interview as soon as possible, which could last up to two hours. During this second round, we went to a public place to discuss the company further.

There were 2 interviews for this role. The first one was really short, about 20 minutes, and I spoke with Mike. He asked me about myself and gave me an overview of what the job is about. Then I was invited for a second interview. In that one, they asked me about my interests, skills, and basic stuff like my education and past work experience. They also told me more about the job and the opportunities for promotion. I got a call three days later with a job offer and I accepted. I've been here for about a week and I'm liking it so far. It was a pretty straightforward interview process, nothing too complicated.

They said there were three interviews but it was actually more like 2. The second one had two parts. The first interview was basically a meet and greet with the manager. The lobby was kind of full which made me nervous. I waited about 15 minutes to see the manager and then was in there for only 10 minutes. I thought it would have been longer but it was pretty relaxed and easy. The second interview was much longer and more in depth. I met with an account rep for over an hour and we went into a lot of detail about what they do on a day to day basis. I definitely learned a lot and it was much more of what I expected from the first interview. We went and got coffee. It was kind of loud but all in all better than just sitting in the office awkwardly. After that, I had to answer questions to acknowledge I was paying attention during the first part of the interview. They were easy because I took a lot of notes. I met with the CEO afterwards to see if I had any follow-up questions and then I was on my way. All in all pretty easy-going interview process, but the second round was the most beneficial.

I applied online and then got a phone screening a few days later with the HR director who asked me some resume questions. The next day, I had a quick 15-minute preliminary interview where I learned more about the role and answered personal questions. Later that day, I was invited back for a second interview, which was about 1.5 hours long and held at a coffee shop, very casual. After that, I spoke with the manager to finalize details and then accepted the offer.
