The interviewer, a friendly young man, interviewed me and one other person together in a room. The whole thing took only 10 minutes and felt quite impersonal. Afterward, he mentioned he'd call me around 5:30 or 6 PM that day if I advanced to the next stage, which I did.

I applied 2 days ago and the next day I got a text to set up a Zoom meeting with four other people. They just ask basic questions and then ask everyone else the same questions. This part took 15 minutes. About four hours later they called to schedule a second interview for the next day.

The interview was during the pandemic. There was a big waiting room with about 20 other people, some not wearing masks, and most of the staff weren't either. They interviewed more than one person at a time. There was unpaid onsite training. The interviewer mentioned they do the same number of interviews every week. It felt unprofessional and impersonal.
