First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stedin.
Customer Service Representative
I applied through a temp agency and after the initial recruiter chat, I got to come in for an on-site interview. There were two parts to this: a one-on-one where you see how a call plays out and get to have a practice call, and then another with the team leader and a colleague who ask formal questions about you, your motivation, and a case study. Even though I didn't get an offer, I kind of feel like I dodged a bullet. When I asked why I was rejected, I was told the team leader didn't think I was "apologetic enough".

2 conversations, one of which is an assessment that can only measure you 'in the moment' and also potentially a role-play that can only assess the person 'in the moment'. Then an offer. If the offer doesn't fit your personal situation, you're never allowed to apply for another position, because then you'll be rejected immediately or they'll decide which positions are good for you. Like why should they decide what you should do or how your future should look? A great and high-quality procedure, but it lacks a lot of people-oriented culture. Assumptions are made based on paper match and not reality.

Software Developer
First, there was a basic phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I had a conversation with the team, followed by an LTP assessment. The assessment results were used in my second conversation, this time with the hiring manager. The whole process took about 8 weeks. The interviews themselves were nice and relaxed, but the recruiter's feedback was pretty minimal each time.

You'll start with a phone intake, then do an online assessment, and have your first and second interviews scheduled for the same day. A few days after applying, you'll get feedback. However, they couldn't provide good feedback, and the feedback they did give didn't match what was discussed in the interviews. So, they didn't pay attention during the interviews. They rejected me because of something discussed during the interviews.
