It was a pretty standard interview. I spoke with 3-4 people. They asked me mostly behavioral questions. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and they didn't really ask a ton of follow-up questions. It went well overall.

Had a long application process. Then got selected for a virtual interview. After that initial virtual interview, I got selected for the final virtual interview process. Sadly, I did not get offered the position after the final interview.

Social Worker
Had a short phone interview, then a group interview about a week later. They mentioned they'd contact me either way, but it's been 3 weeks with no word even after emailing twice, and the job is still posted.

Factory Worker
I applied online and was told to do an exam. After a week, they sent me an exam. Two weeks after the exam, they scheduled an interview panel with 2 supervisors and someone from HR. Each one of them asked interview questions.
