The interview process started with a recruiter call. Then, for the second interview, I met with three different "team managers." Their primary concern seemed to be about competition, which is understandable, but it was the main focus. The work environment itself seemed loud and noisy, making it hard to imagine learning logistics there. The recruiter was really nice, but the team managers varied in their welcoming attitude.

It was a panel interview with multiple managers from different teams interviewing me. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and they asked pretty standard questions. I did notice that the managers interviewing me were of various ages.

Started with a positive and transparent phone call with HR, which made a great impression. Then, I went in for an in-person interview at the office. I got there a bit early and was able to check out the vibe in the lobby, which I liked - everyone seemed happy and energetic, like a team. The face-to-face interview itself was really good; they answered all my questions, and I was really hoping for an offer, which I got!

I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview. The phone screening was pretty standard, and the in-person had some of the same questions, plus a few new ones.
