So, it started with them looking over my application, then a quick phone chat to see if I was a good fit and talk about what I've done. After that, there were some coding tests, like online challenges or live coding. The onsite part was pretty involved – whiteboarding, designing systems, and talking about how I handle stuff, to check if I'd fit in. I also met some people I'd be working with to see how we'd vibe. Then I had a chat with a manager before they made an offer. We talked terms, and then came the background check before everything was official and I could start.
