First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SteadyMD.
Nurse Practitioner
The interview process was entirely video-based. It involved over 2 hours of answering questions on video without anyone present. This felt too impersonal, so I decided not to move forward. This was after an initial hour of answering text-based questions as part of the application. It didn't seem like they would value employees if I were hired.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- Describe your biggest challenges.
- How would you demonstrate your caring nature via video?
Director
VP and CEO reached out to me on linked in. Then had Great 1st interview with VP people ops. Then 3+ hrs of panel interviews. Interviews with 6 separate stakeholders back to back were positive. Followed up 2 weeks later was given 2 Week timeline for updates. Followed up 4 weeks later and no response. Disrespectful of candidates time.
- What do you do for fun?
Customer Success Associate
They asked me to send them examples of work from the past and/or essays, projects, etc. However, they didn’t have the courtesy to inform me that I wouldn’t be moving on to the final interview. I hope it wasn’t because they saw what I looked like because I was qualified for the position. Regardless, maybe in the future they will follow up with candidates. It’s been a month & I didn’t hear back so I left an email to wish luck for the new candidate and I was still ignored.
- What made you want to work for SteadyMD?
Management Intern
The interview steps were pretty straightforward. It began with an HR phone call where they asked general questions. Then, I interviewed with the people who would be supervising my day-to-day work. As it progressed, the questions got more personal, and it seemed like the company was really invested in getting to know each potential hire.
- What are your thoughts on DEI?
- Can you tell me about your schedule availability?
- What are your long-term goals?
