The interview process involved a writing skills test and a written test. The written test was quite challenging, with many parameters and a strict word limit of 250 words, and didn't really assess writing skills. No feedback was provided. It's a content mill, so that's that.

If you don't finish in one go, you're barred from consideration without explanation, and the system might glitch. Their help chat can take a day or more to resolve issues. The company struggles with clear communication about expectations and process. There's no human contact, and the automation is vague and lengthy, with a low pay rate of $.02/word.
