I had a call interview, it was very friendly. The person asked good and simple questions about my background experiences and concerning the position. I am now waiting further detail the company told me that I should hear about them in the 1 or 2 following weeks.

I got referred by someone I knew. I made sure my CV and cover letter were really good. Then I got an email to come in for an interview at their main office. I met with a manager and they asked me the usual questions, like about my experience with difficult people and what I knew about the company. It was a pretty straightforward process. I was ready to ask them questions after they finished asking theirs.

I applied online and then a recruiter reached out via email to schedule an on-site interview with the controller and manager. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes, and they both asked questions. It was a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They were super fast with their response and I heard back about the result quickly.
