The overall recruiting communication was poor. I had an interview with a senior leader. During the interview call, I was put on hold because the interviewer was going to ride a bicycle and warned me there would be background noise, which seemed unprofessional. After two weeks of no follow-up, I reached out to inquire about my status.

I applied online via the website. About 10 days later, I had a phone screen, and then an in-office interview. Before the in-office interview, I had to do an online IQ and behavioral assessment. The in-office interview included 1 case interview, an Excel exercise, and then I presented to the three Directors at the Boston office. Lastly, I had 3 fit interviews. Everyone was nice and smart. They knew about the bad Glassdoor reviews and talked about them. A week later, I heard back that I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Recruiter reached out for an initial screening call. Then a 1 on 1 interviewer, which was great and responsive. After that, there was a case study interview that took hours to prep for, but the interviewer was all over the place and unstructured. Then I was ghosted. Dragging an employee through that process and prep just to get ghosted is insane. Wouldn't waste my time again with this company.
