The interview process was great and I really enjoyed it. It started with an HR screening, then I did a market sizing case that was focused on private equity, and after that I had an Excel case interview. All the interviewers I talked to were super professional and made the conversations engaging, which made me like the firm more and more. I left the process feeling sure that this would be a great place to work.

They started with an assessment, then we had two 30-minute behavioral interviews, followed by a 1-hour case study and a 2-hour session involving Excel and a presentation. Overall, it was pretty straightforward and not too stressful. The interviewers were nice and even tried to offer some guidance.

It started with a recruiter call, followed by a virtual "super day" that included two case studies and two 2-on-1 interviews focusing on PE/Fit. The final round felt like a formality, with the Senior Managing Director. Overall, the experience was good, professional, and the expectations were clear.
