Front End Cashier
HR gave me a call and described the job, then I had an in person interview. It was pretty chill and nice. They had training and customer service classes for me. The class was interactive and enjoyable.
- Can you work alternating weekends?
Cashier
This interview was super quick and easy, lasting about 15 minutes. They hit you with two or three questions about customer service and then ask some basic stuff about your background.
- What are your thoughts on the saying, "the customer is always right"?
- What would you do if there was a long line of customers?
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
Cashier
After applying, I was called to a job fair. They tested me on making change and then I had a quick chat with HR. A few days later, I had to do a personality test. I heard there's an interview with the General Manager before they hire you. After that, there's 2 days of customer service training. This place is super weird and cheap, with crazy expectations. I don't think I'll take the job if they offer it. They're all nuts.
- Mary found a lost item and waited until the next day to report it because it was late. She was fired for the delay. Was this a fair decision by the manager?
Produce Clerk
First interview at the head quarters, asked a few questions. Second interview at the store and felt more like an intro to the job which made me feel good about the position.
- Why did you choose stauffers?
