The interview was really fast and casual, with straightforward questions. They asked about my past work and what I could contribute to the job. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease, and I could ask whatever I wanted.

It started with a call from HR, then I had a call with 3 senior team members over 2 weeks. Things moved fast at first, but then they went silent. I chased them for 4 weeks asking about the decision and never even got a rejection email. HRs communication is really flaky, and you'll definitely be doing a lot to get a job that doesn't pay well and is a lot of work. The benefits are good, but is it worth it?

Thought the interview went well. Based on this assumption, I expected to have another conversation or to at least get feedback. Didn't hear back after interview. Even after following up. Always appreciate some sort of communication after an interview, even if negative.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a weird experience overall. They kept doing different interviews with me, and at the end of each one they would tell me that they have all that they need and then they would call a few days later and bring me in for another interview. They asked me for samples of my work, which i provided, but then they just kept asking for more and more. It got to a point where I told the TD Manager that this is all experience that I can show and talk about, I don’t think I am the candidate that they are looking for. I honestly got tired of getting pushed around by them, and it turned me off from the brand completely. Also, the tech office was in the corner of a giant room with no windows, it was really dingy and crowded with both stuff and people. Not a great work environment in my opinion.
