Had an initial screening call that went well. The following week, I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I was supposed to have a 2-hour interview with several staff members, but it was canceled the day of. Then the team went silent for 3 weeks, and after many follow-ups, they finally sent a rejection email. It was a very unprofessional experience overall.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter, followed by two more interviews with people from the Biostatistics team. Things seemed to be going well after the first two interviews, I got good feedback and enjoyed talking with them. But then the third interview felt really unprofessional. The person interviewing me didn't seem to know much about the company and, weirdly, questioned if my graduate degree, which I finished years ago, was rigorous enough for SDC. After that, I heard nothing back from the team.

I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Within a week, they asked me to come in for more interviews. The whole process was quite intense, lasting about 4 hours with various teams and management. They did take me out to lunch afterward, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, after the interviews, I didn't hear back at all. No communication, not even a basic HR email, which was disappointing.

Applied on LinkedIn and then I spoke with HR and a hiring manager. Then I was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site interview was about 6 hours long and they treated me a lunch. The office is near ASU campus, so the area is a typical college town/city area.
