Started with a phone call with HR, mostly about background and why I'm interested in the job. Then, the first round was with the hiring manager, and the second round was with two senior analysts. Both rounds included behavioral and technical questions, referencing my resume.

So I had a phone screen, then two virtual interviews with the hiring manager and some team members. After that, I did an onsite interview with people from other teams and the director. They told me they were gonna give me an offer, but they had to finish interviewing other candidates first. But then they never got back to me, even though I reached out multiple times to HR and the hiring manager. It's pretty unprofessional to ghost someone this late in the process. It really makes you wonder about the company culture and ethics. Honestly, I'd stay away.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and heard back about two weeks later for an interview the following week. HR said they'd email details, but I had to chase them twice before getting info on the location, time, and interviewers. HR seemed disorganized. The interview was split into two 30-minute parts. First, an analyst and a manager who were not friendly at all. Second, two HR people who seemed inexperienced, reading from a script and not engaging in conversation outside of direct answers. Two days later, I got a scripted email saying no one was hired. Three weeks after that, I saw the job reposted, making their claim seem untrue, which is why I'm writing this.

Behavioral Technical

I’m relocating to Madison from the greater Chicagoland area and they called to get my availability for a phone interview. Their availability coincided with a trip I had already planned to Madison so I went in office for that first round interview with the recruiting director. The director asked about my experience and background before getting into a description of the position which gave me a clear definition of what they expected the role to be. They brought me in for a second round interview with several executive and C-suite level professionals. That second interview was more geared to my experience and situational/behavioral questions. I was notified of their decision a little less than two weeks after my second interview, which is reasonable and fairly standard. They decided to go with another candidate but I wanted commend them on their interview process, I never had any issues from a communication standpoint and was happy that they reached out with decisions in a timely manner since waiting can often be an agonizing part of the interview process.
