After an initial email confirmed my eligibility for continued consideration, I received an interview invitation. The interview itself was 30 minutes long and included 3 questions. They didn't share the questions beforehand. Unfortunately, I didn't advance to the next round.

The hiring process can sometimes be slow. You'll typically face three to four questions covering your education and experience, diversity, and situational scenarios (think STAR method). The first interview is usually a panel with three people, who may not always be the supervisors with the open positions. If your answers are exceptional, you might skip the second interview. If your answers meet expectations, you'll likely have a second interview. This second interview is more situational and typically involves the three supervisors who are hiring for the role.

First, there's a paper screening with about 4-6 questions about your background and skills. If you get a good score and pass that, you're in the running. Then, you'll have a face-to-face panel interview with 3 or 4 managers. They have a list of 6-8 questions, and you get 15 minutes beforehand to jot down some notes. The panel will ask the questions one by one, and you answer as best you can using your notes. They'll be taking notes too. After that, you get some time to ask them questions and also to add anything to your answers or background that you feel was missed.

The hiring process was really smooth, though it took longer than most jobs. After your application is accepted, you'll take a written test. If you pass that, you'll have a panel interview. This interview has a mix of standard questions and scenario-based ones. If you pass and get an offer, you can choose your location if there are any open spots. All in all, it was pretty efficient, and honestly, it needs to be since there are usually hundreds of people applying at once.
